Long-Range Marketing Plan

In October 2021, I accepted a graduate student intern from Wayne State University. Under my supervision, she was assigned to research and create a 3-year marketing plan based on two goals set by the library system director: increase library card registrations by 20%, and increase walk-in numbers by 15%. As an active resident of Bay County with strong ties to many organizations and partners, her insight was extremely valuable.

A marketing plan is a living document that should evolve as needed. I am currently ratifying to include BCLS's new OrangeBoy's Savannah software, which will change several portions of the plan.
